What are the key role responsibilities?Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up GROW! Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining your current account baseDiscover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your roleEnter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)What would make you a good fit at PMC?
