We support our clients by identifying unreachable talent that helps their businesses grow.Our candidates work with us because they know we have the best opportunities available to them and will help them navigate their next career move.We care, we're honest, and we hustle"”that's what makes us Clutch.Clutch is looking for an Art Director with brand-side experience for a client of ours.Responsibilities:Develop and execute websites, interactive assets, and traditional design.Concepting and ideation with the creative team to create visual style.Utilizing sketches and storyboards to present ideation.Maintaining quality throughout the design process.Follow brand's guidelines and identity.Accepting feedback and suggestions from creative leads.Execute the design of marketing assets as specified by briefs under the direction of leadership, account team, and clients.Brainstorm, ideate, and strategize with team to develop creative direction.Create visual prototypes (sketches, storyboards) to illustrate creative concepts for review.Understand audience and communicate work with business leaders.Cross-collaboration with creative team and leadership.Requirements:7+ years of experience in web and interactive design working with a single brand, in-house.Bachelor's degree in design or similar with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcripts are required for confirmation)Strong experience in visual design, websites, interactive design, traditional design, photography and videography.Portfolio with a variety of design projects across different media required.Experience with motion graphics or animation preferred.Previous experience leading a team of Designers.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @ ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
