Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a background in Insurance Defense, specifically handling general liability matters. This associate will sit in their collaborative and growing Philadelphia office.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group, and additional stakeholders regarding case developments.Manage a caseload consisting of general liability matters from inception to resolution.Attend and defend depositions, as well as appear at court hearings.Qualifications2-5 years of litigation experience.Experience litigating insurance coverage matters is a plus.Exceptional research, writing, and communication anized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.Licensed to practice in New Jersey andor New YorkMust have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.About Zerega Consulting:Zerega Consulting is a woman-owned and managed legal recruiting and consulting company.
