Colin's Lodge is a recreation and enrichment program for young adults with cognitive differences. Its facility, located outside Dayton in Sugarcreek Township, is a unique and safe environment for friends to meet and develop life and social skills through a variety of activities.Responsibilities includeFacilitate and supervise programming. Function as a positive role model and mentor.Engage in program activities to improve and enhance the member experience.Ensure the welfare and safety of all members enrolled at Colin's Lodge.Implement standards, guidelines, and programs including but not limited to sporting activities, artdance and others as needed.Provide excellence in program service and delivery.With an understanding of Colin's Lodge member-centric philosophy, staff members must be able to display sound judgment, accountability, and a cheerful outlook. They must be able to work independently as well as with a team.Lodge hours are evenings and weekends. Staff members must be able to meet the physical and emotional demands of this program. Certification on CPR, FA and AED are needed, but we can facilitate.Job Type: Part-time 10-15 hours per weekPay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourEducation: High school or equivalent (Required)
