CADD Microstation Technician

Our Maine based civil engineering client is seeking to add a full-time CADD Microstation Technician to their growing team. Responsibilities and Tasks"”in this role, you will: Produce existing conditions surveys from in-house generated survey data.Convert data between AutoCAD and Microstation.Conduct records research at the municipal, county, and state levels.Prepare right-of-way mapsKey Competencies"”to be successful, you will need to: Proficient in Bentley MicroStation InRoads andor Open Roads Designer (ORD)Proficient in AutoCAD (familiarity with Carlson Survey a plus)Ability to interpret field notes and dataExperience in digital terrain model (DTM) creationAbility to perform public records research and the ability to interpretplot plans and deeds.Education and Experience Minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience draftingdesign experience in surveycivil engineering fieldAs a CADD Microstation Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of property boundaries, creating maps and legal descriptions of land, and providing valuable information for a variety of municipal, state, and federal improvement projects.
