We are looking for an accomplished leader for our Global Technology PMO. This position will update and enforce project management standards, oversee the technology project progress, and manage financial oversight in Global Technology. Key Responsibilities: Governance: Own the project management processes, ensuring consistency in tools and templates Develop metrics to assess project performance and success Ensure adherence to governance policies and standards Collaborate with project managers to align project priorities with strategic objectives and available resources Oversee the Global Tech Project Gating Process Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, promoting best practices in project management Project Tracking and Monitoring: Work with senior leadership to define project priorities and address implementation challenges Generate and share detailed status reports to inform leadership of project progress, risks, and issues Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes as well as the technologies supporting the process Financial Oversight: Assist in budget planning for technology teams Monitor financial performance against project plans Evaluate the return on investment for projects Closely partner with Finance Qualifications: Extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Strong grasp of technology project management practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $170,000-$205,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
