As an SAP Practice sales director, the candidate will carry growth targets and be responsible for driving growth for customers in the assigned Industry segment.Job responsibilities would include:Develop and drive a growth strategy in farming existing accounts and opening new logos.Work very closely with the industry vertical leaders and client partners to generate pipeline and deal closures.Develop strong alliance and partnership with SAP organization regional leaders and Account ExecutivesAnchor large transformation RFPs for S4HANA, Cloud migration and AMS deals by providing customer insights, formulating win themes and industry expertise.Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation including webinars, fire side chats and CIO forums.Contribute to analyst relationships and ratings.The candidate should have:At least 20 years in the SAP economy with at least 10 years' experience in selling SAP services.Should have managed a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue target of 50+ MUSDShould have experience working with ManufacturingLife ScienceRetailConsumer Prodcuts and goods clients.Should have sold and managed at least 2 end to end S4HANA transformation programs.Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross selling experience.Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and new account openingShould have experience in handling CxO relationships.Must be willing to travel within the US and abroad when required.Deadline for application: NAEducationRelevant degree required.Pay Range: Base Salary: $175000 per annum to $210000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
