Overview:We are pleased to announce that we've just signed terms with another AmLaw Top 100 firm to support on their search to add a talented Business Development Specialist to their growing team!In this position, you will work closely with senior members of the Asset Management practice area to support key initiatives and drive growth. You will be working directly with the practices Senior Manager, which we believe affords an excellent platform for the right candidate to continuously develop their career. In addition, the firm promotes a collaborative work environment that is full of professionals with extensive experience working Business Development within a Law Firm. Beyond that, this provides an excellent opportunity to develop cross-selling and key client support experience from both global and domestic standpoint.We would love to engage with professionals that have previous Law Firm experience that have operated in a Business Development capacity for a minimum of 3 years. Being an enthusiastic team player, who is looking to contribute and take part in a top-class culture, is a must as well.Core Responsibilities:Prepare pitches and RFP responses, developmaintain practice group credentials and other relevant materials specific to each opportunity.Support senior team members by attending practice meetings to develop agendas, document key takeaways, and follow-up on agreed action points.Conduct research on existing and target clients, trends in the market, and competitor activity.Liaise with the Communications team to curate website and practice specific content while working in conjunction with the Events team to plan and execute internal and external events and sponsorships.We feel the current salary banding is competitive within the market, however, if you are looking for something above this range, we are open to discuss further.
