High Yield Credit Trader - NYC Hedge Fund A leading NYC multi-manager hedge fund is looking to hire a high yield credit trader to join their team! This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a high-caliber team to research, develop and execute discretionary and systematic strategies across the credit space. Responsibilities will include: - Manage strategies and trading books across various several credit products (HY cash, CDS, CDX, and credit ETFs) - Manage discretionary and systematic strategies within credit - Execute trades in HY cash and CDS across sectors - Collaborate with portfolio managers and quantitative researchers to research, develop and implement systematic HY credit strategies Ideal candidates should possess: - 3+ years of experience in HY credit trading seat (HY cash, single name CDS, CDX or credit ETFs preferred) - Experience trading across multiple sectors including, but not limited to, technology, mediatelecom, healthcare or retail - Research experience for identifying fundamental or quantitative trading opportunities - Strong programming skills (Python) are a plus- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and work collaboratively with colleagues- History of strong risk management and profitable trading track record If there is an interest, please click the APPLY NOW button below.
