Real Estate Attorney - AM LAW 100

I am currently working with a leading AM LAW top 100 firm, who are actively looking to recruit a real estate attorney to join their Las Vegas office.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate transactions.Conduct thorough title examinations and ensure all legal aspects are in compliance.Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, if necessaryStay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier law school.Admitted to practice law in Nevada.
