The culture of the workplace is collaborative, exciting, and inclusive.Position Information: The Sales & Training Executive is a highly skilled professional responsible for achieving the planned retail sales goal in the assigned subregion's doors, forming and maintaining positive relationships with retailer management, developing, hiring, training and supervising all employees needed for the success of the subregion's doors: Sales & Training Specialist, Business Managers, Beauty Advisors, Freelancers, Regional Artists, monitoring stock levels, and planning and assuring the successful execution of events. The Sales & Training Executive has strong organizational and strategic planning skills, proven experience in motivating and training sales staff and to foster strong professional relationships and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Sales & Training Executive should exemplify a proven track record of sales achievements.Position Responsibilities Leadership & Development: Responsible for developing and executing the brand's strategic plans to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual retails sales per door and corporate goals in the assigned Region.Build and manage a network of high-performing sales team: Sales & Training Specialists, Business Managers and Beauty Advisors in dedicated luxury counters, Regional Artists, and Freelancers while maintaining spending within budget provided.Manage the retailer relationship management in store, including leadership of business brand review meetings with store leadership. Support retail stores growth within a territory by maintaining an appropriate and consistent call cycle for assigned stores. Door schedule and In-store seasonal planning and execution: Responsible for planning the Sales & Training Executive team's door and travel schedule. Responsible for the strategy, plan, communication and successful execution of the events in the stores and product launches in the assigned munication:Communicate with the Sales & Training Executive team regularly the individual, counter and region goal and focuses for in-store support and events. Communication with store management regarding event performance, retail opportunities and training.Recurrent sales call meetings: weekly with Regional Executive; weekly regional call; bi weekly sales team. Additional meetings and calls can be scheduled up to the discretion of the Regional Executive or higher management.Weekly communication with Regional Executive regarding business performance & stock conditions. Communication with store management regarding event performance, retail opportunities and training analysis.Training, Education and Development: Coach and motivate Sales & Training Specialists, Retail Sales Business Managers and Beauty Advisors, to increase sales assuring they are fulfilling all their responsibilities. Teach Retail team how to maximize productivity by developing selling skills, customer service skills, booking events and product demonstration.Oversee education and training (launches, eventing and artistry), assuring the staff is being provided with a comprehensive training of all products and promotions as needed.Sourcinghiringtalent assessment: Source, recruit, interview candidates for the team positions. Assure we have the best talent based on brand goal achievement, productivity, selling skills, and quality, customer service.Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, coach, and motivate Freelancers to achieve established sales goals. Enter and approve Freelancer's schedule in Allwork, overview and keep track of daily sales targets and ensure they are met. Overviews Payroll for freelance team.Business Analysis: Provides a weekly, if not daily recap of all events, daily and weekly goals achieved and performance data to the Regional Executive.Responsible for daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of total retail performance within their territory. Must maintain knowledge of the trends of individual business segments and all of the key business drivers within each segment. Ensure that market share objectives are being met and identify opportunities for innovation within local market; including identification of opportunities & strategies to grow brand business and volume. Maintain budget: responsible to attend freelance budget, booking for appropriate events within the appropriate budget. Personal T&E and to process T&E in a timely manner and following the guidelines.Meetings and Presentations: Prepare and carry out seasonal retailer presentations. Participate in andor organize regional retailer strategy meetings.Monitoring of Stock: Review sell through numbers and out of stock lists and communicate needs to the coordinating departments on a weekly basis. Review order report and out of stock report and communicate to counters & stores of in-coming stock & out of stock. Work with Regional Executive to identify opportunities with stock levels.Maintain counter quality and merchandising: Successfully implement all in store merchandising programs; ensure the consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines and uphold counter image, identity, and hygiene in accordance with Chantecaille standards. Hold business managers and beauty advisors accountable for counter quality requirements. Travel: Travel through the Sales & Training Executive assigned Subregion and schedule, to overview the assigned doors. Schedule is 1 office day per week + 4 days in store. Travel is up to 80% in region, may require overnights.Position QualificationsMust have a car and valid driver's license, as this position requires traveling to various stores.Minimum of 5 plus years' experience in cosmetic or retail management and proven experience in motivating and training sales staff.Bachelor's degree is preferred. Self-motivated, results oriented, and a creative thinker.Strong communication, presentation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities.Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Judgment and Decision Making: Supervision for the Sales & Training Executive position is intermittent. Sales & Training Executive will maintain regular communication with the Regional Executive through e-mail and phone as needed.Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, andor holidays.Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs andor ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
