Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Grayson Search Partners is supporting a well known Automotive and technology company to bring on a Chicago-based REMOTE Senior Financial Analyst of FP&A.The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategy for various internal business units. In this capacity, you will analyze business drivers, KPIs, and identify trends that impact financials. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with leadership to present impact reports and the storytelling of financial data.Key Responsibilities:Develop ad hoc financial models, Valuations, and conducting analyses, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, net present value (NPV), and return on investment (ROI).Develop and consolidate financial guidance and targets for Long-term and Annual Plans across all financial statements.Collaborate with Business Units and other corporate functions to improve cross-functional alignment and effectiveness.Generate reports and deliver analyses to aid management in making optimal business decisionsPerform ad hoc projects and analysis as requestedQualifications:Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance with FP&A experienceCPA, CFA or additional education is preferred4+ years of relevant experience
