As the company grows, so will you.LIDO is looking for a Lighting Project Estimator who is passionate about their daily role of pleasing BOTH a customer AND a manufacturer. As a distributor, we find ourselves as a "middle person" and this requires ALWAYS being professional and nice to both sides.The primary focus of this position is to provide a complete and accurate lighting quotation for all brands of the specified lighting on each job assigned.Perfect applicants will have successful experience negotiating more competitive BUY pricing with each manufacturer and be able to provide accurate alternates for each item from their experience in lighting.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have: Experience in Lighting Estimating (Required) Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents (Required) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat PDF)(Required) High attention to detail Excellent quantitative and analytical math skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong time management and organizational skills Positive customer service skills Comfortable in a fast paced work environment with strict deadlinesOverall PASSION about personal and overall team success.Must understand Urgency as LIDO does not have voicemail...our clients expect handholding.Must be a THINKER and not robotic......our needs will evolve as the technology evolves and we want to adapt.
