You'll work in a collaborative environment, developing cutting-edge designs across digital, social and packaging for our client's CPG products. Our client prides themselves on innovation and creativity, delivering impactful campaigns both in-house and for leading brands. Art Director Responsibilities:Lead the design process from concept through execution for digital, social media and packaging projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and external partners, to develop visually compelling campaigns that align with brand goals and strategyCreate and maintain consistent brand standards across all design projectsWork on both agency-side and in-house creative projects, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across multiple channelsManage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentEnsure designs are optimized for digital platforms while maintaining a focus on user experience Art Director Requirements:Proven experience as an Art Director in both agency and in-house settingsStrong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social and packaging designExperience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a mustProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design toolsUnderstanding of branding and packaging design principlesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to be onsite 3 days a week Art Director Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-visibility projects for leading brandsCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible hybrid work schedule If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply today!
