Dr. Idriss, a skincare community-turned-brand founded by award-winning NYC board-certified dermatologist Dr. Shereene Idriss, is looking for a Director of Ecommerce. The Director of Ecommerce is responsible for driving growth of the D2C channel, as well as ensuring a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase to repurchase.Remote okay.Job ResponsibilitiesEcommerceBuild annual commercial plan to drive D2C growth, including promotions, bundles, GWPs, samples, etc.Finetune website performance and customer journey to drive conversionCreate, execute, and optimize a differentiated product subscription strategyImplement tactics to improve AOV year-over-yearCraft SEO-driven, educational website content in collaboration with the brand and product marketing teamsManage website updates and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with external web developersPartner with in-house creative team to design site homepage, PDP, and landing page assetsCRMCollaborate with the Marketing team to identify and execute upon email list growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to convert new users to first order, and to continuously engage and retain them throughout their lifecycleOwn, track and continually improve key retention metrics, such as LTV, repeat purchase rates, and NPSRefine email and SMS flows to maximize retention and LTVCollaborate with the Marketing team to identify and execute upon email list growth opportunitiesGrow loyalty programGeneralDeliver monthly D2C revenue forecastsManage the ecommerce marketing budgetOur Ideal Nerd:Bachelor's degree or higher7+ years of experience in D2C ecommerceExperience in beauty and working with an omni-channel brand preferredFluency in Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEOProven track record of managing successful campaigns in Klaviyo or a similar ESPStronger quantitative and Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills"No task too small" attitudeHigh attention to detail balanced with strategic aptitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
