We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly-motivated individual with complex solution design experience to become a core part of our team. You will be responsible for the most critical parts of the sales journey with a diverse range of prospects that enter our sales pipeline.You will collaborate with an amazing, international sales team that is passionate about progressive sales methodologies and creating tangible results. As our business development manager you will focus on finding, building and winning new business and clients. Either through a direct end-client approach or through a commercial collaboration, you know what it takes to win new business.What you'll bring:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales across BPOCX, Digital services, SaaS software, CX solutions or similar;Your profile may include:~2+ years as a BDM (or similar) owning end to end sales cycle (quota carrying)~2+ years as a AECSM (or similar) doing account management, stakeholder management and solution designAlternatively ~2+ years in presalessolution design paired with strong commercial accumenExcellent communication skills. You can take the lead in a conversation, leave no room for interpretation, and you also know when it's time to listen;Partnership building skills. You can build a strong partnership with multiple contacts at the customer and help them drive change;Entrepreneurial skills. You have a lot of energy, are persistent, excited about the potential of B2B relationships and you cannot wait to win! Core ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business; you are in daily contact with potential customers - remote and on site when required;Uncover your prospect's situation, pain and the impact they are looking to achieve, match the right Influx solution to their requirements;Guide prospect through their buying journey and decision making hurdles; end-to-end sales cycle responsibility including the critical handover of the solution you scoped for a successful onboarding with our delivery team;Nurture and manage the sales pipeline using our various sales tools to conduct your activity via phone, email, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Sybill, Journey and Google Meet;In partnership with the SDR team - rapidly follow up on leads and run sales calls to qualify prospects;Communicate back to the company what you're working on, why, what's working or not, contribute actively and accurately to sales pipeline reporting and meetings;Win customers!
