RHM Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Salesforce Administrator to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you'll drive innovation by implementing efficiencies, enhancing data validation, and automating workflows to empower our Sales and Recruiting teams. Duties and Responsibilities:Proactively analyze and optimize sales and recruiting processes, identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing impactful technical solutions within Salesforce.Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to enhance support for our Sales and Recruiting teams.Develop and maintain customer reports and dashboards, delivering insights that drive business decisions.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage ongoing Salesforce updates and releases.Provide continuous support and training to users, ensuring they have the knowledge to maximize Salesforce's capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions while managing projects to completion.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants on specialized projects to extend Salesforce functionality.Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure the platform's resilience in alignment with business continuity objectives.Required Skills and Abilities:Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.Salesforce certification is a plus.Experience with Talent Rover, Bullhorn, or other staffingrecruiting platforms is a strong advantage.Strong project management skills with hands-on experience using tools like Jira or Asana to manage workflows and projects.Experience managing Salesforce deployments using tools like Flosum, Gearset or similar deployment management tools.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Experience with documentation, change management, and user adoption strategies.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a comparable role.Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is highly desirable but not required.Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) is an mute:The role is hybrid, with Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Oak Brook office. Employees are expected to be in office either Oak Brook or possibly another Chicago-area location as needed, 8-5 pm those three days per week. Tuesday and Friday are remote days.
