If so, we have a great, challenging and dynamic work environment for you.We are currently searching for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.OVERALL JOB SUMARRYThe Senior Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic ally to the executive team and assists in overseeing Human Resources operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, orientation, onboarding and offboarding, executing HR initiatives and policies, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide guidance and mentorship to managers and staff regarding employee interactions, performance evaluations, professional growth, organizational culture, and morale.Propose, implement and interpret HR policies and protocols.Oversee and offer counsel on employee relations matters, support leadership in coaching, mediation and problem solvingMaintain and manage employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, as well as company guidelines and protocols.Manage general employee relations issues and investigations as well as performance improvement plans.Oversee employee recruitingexit activities, employee benefitswage & salary programs, employee recognition, employee referral, and employee wellness programs.Administer and provide recordkeeping of all safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.Oversee payroll processing through ADP system and provide payroll report and analysis regularly.Perform Workers' CompensationSafety claims filing and report in support of NJ Headquarter and Distribution Center Manager.Administer Unemployment Compensation process and documentation and represent company in unemployment compensation insurance matters.Conduct new employee orientations and appropriate employee training programs.Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs such as enrolling terminating health plans and leave of absence.Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and COBRA.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsREQUIREMENTS:Bilingual in Korean and English requiredStrong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsBachelor degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)Minimum of 9~10 years of HR management experienceSHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferredSubstantial knowledge of State & Federal labor lawsMaintain confidentiality and sensitive informationDemonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.Must have a valid driver's licenseBe able to travel to other states and foreign countriesBe able to work after business hours when requiredBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (100% covered by the employer)Life, STD, LTD, AD&D, FSA, 401K, and generous PTOs paid holidaysJob Type: Full-time, exempt, regularJob Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJBusiness Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
