They are well-funded and offer comprehensive benefits.Job Overview:Independently develop analytical methods, perform data review, author protocols, and coordinateoversee tech transfer with internal teams such as QC and CDMO partnersLead and directly manage a team of junior-level scientists across PD, formulation selection, stability of DPContinuously evaluate biophysical and biochemical characterization tools to support vaccine DP developmentRequirements:PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biophysics or a relevant discipline and over 5 years of industry experience is preferred. A MSc and over 10+ years of relevant industry experience may also be acceptedExpertise is leading analytical development for biologic drug product, with a preference for experience in characterizing adjuvanted vaccinesExperienced in managing analytical transfer to CDMOsProven experience using HPLC-based assays, DLSMALS, Laser Diffraction is required with significant experience in authoring method protocols, SOPs, assay transfer protocolsExperience in managing direct reports in lab is preferredContact:Please reach out to Payton Baker at 312-878-1924 or to learn more.
