The group is looking for a senior level capital markets attorney who wants to take on significant client-facing responsibilities and be the lead on cutting edge deals within the energy, infrastructure, and shipping space. Job Description: Advise on a variety of securities and transactional issues, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing transactions, registered direct transactions, public offerings, and other securities offeringsRepresent leading public companies in the energy, infrastructure and maritime sector on all their US corporate and securities mattersAdvise on a broad range of significant capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-on public offerings, private placements and 144ARegulation S offerings of equity and debt securitiesAssist domestic and foreign US-listed clients in complying with SEC reporting, proxy statement disclosure and stock exchange requirements Advise on a wide variety of complex corporate governance and US securities law matters critical to the growth of both public and private companies Requirements: 6+ years of capital markets experience at a law firmAdmitted to practice in NYMust have Juris Doctor degree Compensation: $285,000 - $330,000 Note to applicants: This is a partner-track attorney position within a law firm.
