Who You Are:As our Sr. Director, Retail Analytics & Insights you'll evolve and optimize our analytics strategy to support exponential business growth. Reporting to the VP, Global Analytics, you will work closely across our robust marketing, content, ecommerce, planning, IT, and other internal teams to drive critical activities supporting acquisition, expansion, retention activities, as well as democratizing data and insights that help aid in daily decision making.What You'll Do:Bridge building skills - you establish trusted and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both business and technical.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments.Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.Work closely with stakeholders to help them reach their KPIs through the help of data solutions.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align your team efforts with overall business objectives and sales strategies.Develop strategies and provide guidance to improve sales processes, ad effectiveness and derive deep insights on research data.Ensure that the team designs, develops, and delivers high-quality, performant, scalable, well-tested, documented, and sensible technical solutions suitable to high-impact technical challenges.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater municate strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ensures all planning done on the area level is supportive of the strategic business plans.Appropriately delegates while maintaining accountability; sees that projects are assigned by workload and capabilities.Effectively manage competing priorities and promote agile pletes projects accurately and on time.Clarity of communication with leadership and the team will be a significant factor to drive performance.You'll Need to Have:Bachelor's degree8+ years of retail analytics experience for a brand or agency with a heavy focus on democratization of insights, adoption of new measurement solutions and change managementStrong analytical skills, comfortable using data to drive decision-makingSolid knowledge of the complete digital marketing landscape and a history of successfully supporting digital marketing programs that drive business resultsProven ability to effectively manage agency partnersAbility to lead thinking and develop strategy but willing to be hands-on as neededStrong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with ambiguityExcellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skillsHands-on experience working with: Omniture, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Tableau, MMMMTA and other relevant marketing systemsPerks:Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday ScheduleSummer FridaysInternal mobility across Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael KorsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym DiscountsAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
