Chemist I/II (Analytical/Small Molecules)

Duration: 12 months contractJob Description:• Mon-Fri Regular shift starting ~8 am. Occasional overtime. • Open to working flexible hours, including 10 - 20 % off-shift work (late evenings, early mornings, or weekends).Responsibilities:• Plan and perform routine analytical tasks competently and independently within a timely fashion and generate reliable results in consistent manner.• Documentation of experimental activities and results in a GMP compliant fashion using electronic data acquisition and management systems.• Effective and timely communications on issues, problems, and solutions. Skill requirements:• Analytical chromatographic chemistry experience, preferably from working in a QC lab environment, with at least 1 years of relevant job experience.• HPLC method development. GC desired.• Pharma experience with small molecules.• Experience with HPLC, GC, or Mass Spec method validation preferred.• Experience with GMP documentation preferred.• Interest in analytical chemistry and experienced at working with qualitative and quantitative lab scale analytical equipment and instrumentation.• High efficiency, communication, detail oriented, meticulous, quick learner. Education and experience requirements:• BSMS in Chemistry or related discipline and at least 1 year of relevant GMPGLP work experience.
