We are seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a University Hospital System in Cleveland, OH. This 23-hospital academic health system has been recognized as a Best Hospital by U.S. News & World Report and has consistently received accolades from prestigious institutions and publications for its leadership in the healthcare industry.The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance and leadership within the Healthcare Technology industry.Key Qualifications and Skills:Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.Strong ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships and an effective governance structure. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the University Hospital System client.Superior business acumen, agility, and budget management skills, with a talent for making informed decisions.Strong leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring employees at various levels.Ability to review and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and mitment to ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing safety programs and recommending changes as needed.Experience in assessing financial risks and opportunities of accounts, effectively communicating results to clients and senior management, and initiating necessary action plans.Basic understanding of cybersecurity issues and solutions relevant to healthcare providers.A commitment to promoting and supporting workplace diversity initiatives.Position Summary: The Client Executive has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contracts (or service-related portions of the contracts), and success of a single client organization with multiple sites and either single or multiple services. This role includes direct accountability for operational excellence by delivering on contractual obligations and maintaining service commitments that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable.Basic Qualifications & Requirements:Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Management Experience: Minimum of 7 years.Functional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
