Healthcare Transactions Attorney

Healthcare Transactions Associate or CounselOur client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their experienced and dynamic health law practice. This position can be based in New Haven, Stamford or New York City.The salary range for this position is between $185,000-$275,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Qualifications:5-10 years' experience representing health care providers, health service vendors, health technology companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and roll-upsWorking knowledge of federal and applicable state regulatory considerations involved in health care transactions, including certificate of need, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement and Stark and Anti-Kickback requirementsExperience representing both non-profit and for-profit health care clients, such as private equity investors and portfolio companiesJD from an ABA accredited law schoolMembership in the state bar for the market where you are applyingAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
