The salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $365,000.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in commercial transactions and IP-related issues, including technology transactions and capital markets, M&A, and investment transactions.Experience with pharma licensing and collaboration agreements and U.S. privacy regulations [CCPA, HIPPA, GLB, and GDPR] is preferred [not required].U.S. JD degree is required.Bar admission to New York is required.Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; team focused.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
