Epic ASAP Analyst

Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for ASAP application maintenance and support of the Emergency Department computer systems to ensure compliance with Medisys guiding principles.Should have experience with ASAP Build (Workflows, IntegrationInterfacing), Testing, & Implementation.Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, implementation, and support and maintenance activities.Works in collaboration with teams, individuals and peers with positive attitude of accomplishment.Must be able to ensure that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, resolved andor escalated in a timely manner.Desired Skills & ExperienceJOB REQUIREMENTS:Experience with Epic ASAP application is strongly preferred, ASAP certification a plus. Outstanding communication, collaboration and facilitation skills are required.Experience in Information TechnologyComputer Science or clinical healthcare or demonstrated equivalentCandidate with clinical background and experience is preferred.Education: Bachelor's Degree and in depth knowledge of clinical theory and practice.Experience: Minimum of one year of applicable hospital or major medical experience.Job Type: Full-time
