We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our planning team reporting to the Director of Merchandise Planning. The ideal candidate has experience arranging international freight, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. The role will work closely with the planning, operations and production teams to deliver the highest level of product and experience to our customers.ResponsibilitiesOversee inbound logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management.Strategize and execute all inbound freight and transportation to assure timely delivery to our customers.Partner with director of planning to develop short-term and long-term shipping strategies based on inventory and customer demand.Anticipate, analyze, and troubleshoot problems with inboundoutbound deliveries and devises cost efficient solutions while prioritizing meeting customer demand.Source, negotiate and coordinate freight with all providers including air, vessel, and trucking.Manage freight billing process and assure that freight invoices match contracted rates and are paid accurately and timely.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and product safety standardsCreate and manage KPIs for logistic providers with a keen focus on delivery times, budget adherence and areas of improvement.Work directly with planning, production team, vendors, freight forwarders, and supply chain team members to plan, track, reconcile, and provide visibility into timing of all shipments.Leverage IT solutions and data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.Required Skills & Experience3-8 years of logistics, supply chain or transportation experienceStrong understanding of airline and vessel routingHighly proficient in ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent follow throughSalaries & BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a compelling overall compensation package including base salary ranging from $65k - $90k based on experience, potential for additional performance-based compensation, full health insurance coverage, 401(k) with employer match, product discounts, and other benefits.Location Travel RequirementsThis position will be in-office, based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court, in Armonk, New York.
