The Production Coordinator will work alongside event & video producers with planning and coordination of all aspects of video production shoots and live in-person and virtual events. The successful Event Coordinator will demonstrate strong communication and organization skills, ability to self-manage, a well-rounded understanding of production equipment and how that applies to live and virtual event planning.Objectives:Track, Maintain and Ship Production Equipment for use in remote productions across North AmericaEnsure all administrative and billing tasks are completed in a timely fashionPresent a professional imageRole and Responsibilities:ProcessReview vendor billing and invoicingFulfill monthly consumable requirements and maintain consumable inventoryMaintain strong working relationships with our production vendorsOversee local & remote storage of production equipmentManage equipment inventory:ShippingPackagingTesting of all InboundOutbound equipmentTrack and document all inventory adjustmentsMaintain an equipment request processManage equipment requests with Event Producers and ensure all event requirements are metAssist with Load InsOuts and maintain working relationships with building services managersAssist with video shootsevent setups, when requiredJob QualificationsAssociates level college degree in Public Relations or related field2 years of prior experience with Event Planning responsibilitiesFull Time Position has benefits including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), competitive and comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, dental program, 401k, short-term and long-term disability insurance, FSA, HRA, Commuter Benefit Card, full paid vacations, and paid holidays.A-V Services Inc. provided the following inclusive hiring information:We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
