The Production Manager will be instrumental in achieving their strategic objectives and maintaining their position as a leader in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead production operations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and qualityAnalyze processes, optimize resources, and identify inefficienciesDrive continuous improvement for waste reduction and quality enhancementMentor and empower the production team to excelCollaborate cross-functionally to meet standards and exceed expectationsExperience Required:Minimum 6 years' experience in aluminium extrusion with expertise in processes and equipmentProven record in implementing process improvements and achieving results in manufacturing.Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skillsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement toolsFamiliarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices relevant to the manufacturing industryLocation:Vancouver, BC, CanadaCompensation:Competitive salary, plus performance related bonus, healthcare and RSPOur client will sponsor a working visa and offer a relocation packageOur client welcomes all qualified applicants.
