Experienced Trial Attorney

IMPACT Legal Resources is working with a 45 employee, downtown NYC boutique Real Estate to find an Experienced Trial Attorney to join its Litigation Practice Group. Candidates must have experience from pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be able to research and draft motions in complex real estate litigation cases at both the trial and appellate level, and conduct initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions. Additionally, candidates should exhibit confidence to appear in court and argue motions. Candidate not responsible for bringing in business. Salary $200k - $250k.
