Well established Estate Planning law firm in Palo Alto is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law and is eager to provide high-quality, personalized service to our clients.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and services to clients on estate planning, trusts, and probate law.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and power of attorney.Conduct research and legal analysis to support legal proceedings and to advise on legal rights and municate with clients, attorneys, legal assistants, and other staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently.Maintain current knowledge of laws, legal articles, and recent court decisions relevant to estate planning.Facilitate trust administration and probate proceedings.Manage client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.Educational Requirements:Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admission and good standing to the State Bar of California is required.Qualifications:At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in estate planning, elder law, probate law, or a related field.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional interpersonal and effective communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Familiarity with estate planning software and other related tools.
