Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.Check Calls:OD - verify dimensions of OD loads and verify all permits were obtained by the driver4D - address dormancy for trucks not moving longer than 4 consecutive daysHZ - Complete hazmat check list for driver loaded with Hazardous materialCA - verify drivers going into Canada have proper permits before crossing the borderWS - verify drivers plans for the weekend in regards to our equipment and freight (Friday task)Are they at their designated secure parking locationAre they loaded or emptyIs our freight secure through the weekendIs our equipment secure through the weekendInform agents of past-due dispatchesInform fleet owners, owner ops, drivers, and agents of missing POD'sComplete on-boarding check list for new driversMake sure orientation videos are completeMake sure driver know how to scan in paperwork using ELDRegister driver in translfo on ELDMake sure drivers know how to navigate and use ELDTranslfoVerify drivers are using UACL or personal trailersHelp locate company trailer for new driver if neededVerify drivers secure parking locationEnsure paperwork is complete properly after drivers first loadCompliance Items:Notify agents, fleet owners, owner operators and drivers on up-coming expiration of compliance items such as:DOT inspections on trucks and trailersAnnual physicalsCDL renewalsQuarterly maintenance reports (Quarterly)Contract renewalPerform quarterly random drugBAT screenings, which includes:Locating closest clinic to the driverVerify clinics hours and availability to perform required testHaving management set up the drug screening through WFQAProviding test request to the driverEnsure we receive a chain of custody to confirm test was completeSafetyELD Items:Assist with log editing if neededAddress any and all HOS violations with driversChanging HOS rule set when driver enter Canada and cross back into the USAInform driver how to proper use all HOS exemptionsEnsure transponder is communicating with transfloAddress with drivers any excessive speed alerts provided by translfoRecruiting Items:Make sure driver activates fuel card properly through road serviceDaily Reports Monitored:Odometer report: is monitored hourly to ensure trucks with movement are dispatchedUn-billed report: is monitored daily to ensure we are receiving POD's in a timely fashionOutstanding manifest report: is monitored daily to ensure loads are being finalized on their scheduled delivery datesUnidentified log report: is monitored daily to ensure drivers are signing into the ELD and tracking logs properlyDriver activity report: monitored throughout the week to discuss revenue with drivers and offer assistance in finding additional loads for driver seeking additional workRoad Service Items:Make sure drivers receive updates of when a vendor is set up for service required and the ETA of their arrivalMake sure new drivers get card activated properly through road serviceSettlement Items:Issue advances to drivers off current loadOnly after receiving invoice and approval from truck ownerProvide reimbursement table to settlements when reimbursement is needed to driver or truck ownerMonitor drivers files to make sure drivers are not falling into the negative when asking for advancesSetting up loan request:Get invoice for repairsCreate amort schedule for pay backGet manage approval for loan.Put loan documents together and provide to settlements to set up loan.Have management load money onto owners card.Equipment Items:Facilitate equipment moves using load board postingVerify outside carrier is qualified to run with usIf not, get them with the qualification team to set them upMake sure carrier has all information to pick up our equipment and drop at designated locationMake sure rate confirmation is received and signed by outside carrierMonitor the equipment move and make sure our equipment makes it to the designated drop locationCollected all needed paperwork and approval to get carrier paid and provide to invoicingMonitor up-coming expiration of PMDOT on our equipment and work with the drivers to have them take it to a shop to get complete.
