The Inventory Controller will manage multiple divisions to drive sales, profit and inventory targets.By analyzing inventory risks and opportunities and implementing inventory allocation strategies, this position will control the appropriate inventory levels in stores, reducing the out of stock and maximizes sales opportunitiesJob Description:· Project monthly and weekly inventory based on item history and market trend· Project end of season inventory by item and plan carryover items· Achieve all divisional targets (store inventory budget, sales target, and seasonal target, out of stock target)· Analyze weekly sales and create action plan with merchandise planner to improve sales· Plan and execute daily allocation to each store· Maintain system settings by item· Partner with area managers and store managers on allocation needs· Assist with other projects as assignedRequirements:· Bachelor's Degree· High level of experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity· Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products- Word, PowerPoint, Outlook· Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial analysis skills· Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and the ability to work with a variety of personalities· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of businessSalary: $84,000 - $92,000 annually**The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, UNIQLO USA does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domesticcivil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
