Product Manager - Order to Cash (RetailManufacturing)Hybrid - Cleveland, OHWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Order to Cash initiatives, focusing on optimizing order management, pricing applications, and customer lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, ERP implementations, and driving change within global organizations. As a key leader in our transition from legacy systems to Oracle, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class solutions for order fulfillment, pricing, and warehousing across multiple regions and business units.Key Responsibilities:Order Management & Pricing:Lead the strategy and execution of Order to Cash processes, with a focus on optimizing order management and pricing applications.Implement and enhance order management best practices, including contract and customer lifecycle management.Develop and manage pricing applications, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across various regions and business lines.ERP Implementations:Spearhead the migration from legacy systems to Oracle ERP, ensuring a seamless transition for the Order to Cash space.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong ERP solutions that improve efficiency and scalabilityTeam Leadership:Build and mentor a high-performing team with broad expertise in warehousing, order management, and pricing across the enterprise.Leverage agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution and continuous improvementChange Management:Drive change initiatives across the organization, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption of new systems and processes.Collaborate with supply chain and warehousing teams to streamline inventory management, fulfillment, and real-time order tracking.Global Capabilities & Regional Adaptation:Lead the design and implementation of solutions that cater to the unique needs of diverse businesses and regions.Ensure solutions align with global best practices while being adaptable to local business requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in order management, pricing applications, and ERP implementations (Oracle preferred).Expertise in supply chain processes, from manufacturing planning to customer delivery.Strong understanding of legacy systems and best practices in order management and pricing.Experience with global corporations and driving change across diverse regions and business units.Demonstrated ability to optimize end-to-end order fulfillment and inventory management processes.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.Required Experience:7+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or related fields.Proven track record of implementing order management and pricing solutions for global organizations.Strong experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar), particularly in large-scale implementations.Experience driving change in customerorder management systems and process optimization.This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who thrives in complex, global environments and is passionate about transforming order management and pricing solutions.
