Human Resources Director

We are currently assisting our client with a Director of Human Resources search in the Cleveland, OH area. Reporting to the VP of HR, this is a highly visible position where a successful candidate will possess the ability to lead through influence and play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR and Operations Leadership Team to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business resultsIdentify high-performing, high potential individuals to help build plant bench strength and succession planningDevelop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting and retaining a talented and skilled workforceLead and execute programs through local leadership and the Human Resources Managers that builds and sustains a culture of high employee engagement and sense of belongingResearch and identify strategic opportunities that positions compensation programs and practices as a competitive advantagePartner with senior operational management on the development and implementation of employee communications plans and programs across the operationRequirements:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree, Master's preferredIdeally 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational HR roles3+ years of management experienceTravel as neededAdditional Information:All information will be kept strictly confidentialApplications will not be considered without a ResumeCurriculum Vitae which includes contact information
