Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate at Schulman Bhattacharya, LLC. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling legal tasks such as drafting motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, representing clients in courts, and providing legal counsel. The role involves working closely with partners and senior associates to support the litigation process. This Litigation Associate can work from our MD or NY offices. Qualifications3- 5 years experience in conducting legal research and drafting motionsProficiency in preparing for and conducting depositionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsJ.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the NY, MD, DC, andor VA bars preferred.
