A Japanese bank is looking for a Japanese Bilingual VP of Client Relationship Manager to develop and manage existing relationships in order to meet profit and revenue targets, achieve sales goals, mitigate retention risk, and increase cross-sells while delivering an excellent customer service experience. The role involves presenting a range of corporate banking product solutions to meet client needs and close sales. This position offers a hybrid working model, and the company provides a working visa for the right candidate.Formulates and implements a business development plan and calling schedule for each client or prospect following the Bank's business development strategy.Identifies business opportunities and solicits referrals from other business segments.Research market area including relevant industries as part of development and implementation of an overall marketing plan.Discusses and promotes all range of corporate banking products and services. Discusses financing opportunities and general business conditions; assists in forecasting clients' finances and develops solutions to serve their financial needs.Negotiates transactions; prices products within targeted rate of return; documents and closes transactions, ensuring conformance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements. Monitors and analyzes relationship plan results and account activities.Determines client profitability. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry contacts and key strategic partners.Makes recommendations regarding accounts to be further developed or eliminated. Prepares a variety of reports for management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related major is required.More than 5 yeas of working experience as a relationship manager in the banking.Proficient Japanese language skills in reading, speaking, and writing.
