SUMMARYThe Manager, Licensed Product will provide the day-to-day management and coordination of product licensing at Citizen Watch of America, working closely with Director of Merchandising. This position is responsible for organizing and recording all tangible assets going to and coming from external licensors with whom Citizen does product development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Firm understanding of licensed contractual obligations This would include maintaining proof of compliance, supporting Licensor audits and fulfillment of contractual gate submissions all considered important to the businessData entry and maintain approvals in licensor lifecycle product approval systems. This will include providing required forms and templates to the licensor to keep track of the product process from initial approval through production. Maintain parallel line plan trackers to ensure all check points and deliverables are met between the company and the Licensor for both wholesale and owned & operated channelsIdentify and assess any issueschallenges with licensed flow processes and provide alternative scenarios that can work towards a resolutionAssist in developing seasonal product by working with designers, merchandising and product developmentInteract with Licensor's for approvals and Product Development Departments weekly to help keep the process flow. Work with customization team on sample development and capacity planning for in-house design. This includes maintaining internal timeline, records of product and communication with headquarters.Collaborate with packaging team on packaging direction. Ensures all packaging and outside supporting product and materials are maintained and submitted to licensor Responsible for receiving, organizing, and circulating samples each season to licensor, sales reps. and for marketing purposesManage internal product libraryarchives--from initial samples and components to finished product.Maintain and track design records for internal and external purposes. This would include records sent to overseas headquarters.Maintain and manipulate weekly datasales reports. Assist in PowerBi. Support team on product and strategy presentations to internal and external partners. This could include power point presentations, photography coordination, coordinating seasonal catalogs and other needs.QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE3-5 years in wholesalemanufacturing including product development and merchandisingLicensing experience (Disney preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator experienceStrong working knowledge in Flex PLM system and Disney OPA systemDetail oriented and well organized EEOE
