Manage all aspects of human resources administration and employee relations for the Mokena, IL and Tinley Park, IL facilities, as well as remote employees associated with these locations. Implement and oversee policies and programs related to recruitment, employment, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and communications. Provide expert guidance and support to staff and operational teams in these areas.What You'll Do:Ensure the staffing of qualified employees by managing the recruitment, interview, selection, and onboarding processes, including intern and co-op programs.Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.Lead the HR and reception teams at assigned locations by communicating expectations, planning and monitoring work, assessing results, and enforcing policies to meet quality and productivity standards.Administer salary and benefits plans, compile data, and generate regular reports.Safeguard human resource records by managing and securely storing both physical and electronic files while maintaining employee confidentiality.What You Won't Do:Feel like a number - we prioritize respect, teamwork, and collaboration at every levelSuffer from boredom - there are many opportunities to learn about and recruit for and we are always open to new recruiting ideasMax out - you'll grow and advance as quickly as your skills and desires allowWho You Are:A detail-oriented, results-driven, change agent with a "can-dowill-do" approach.A lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement.A leader who motivates, develops, and inspires a team and interacts well with others.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
