You'll manage the fine balance of budgets and timelines, ensuring our inventory is stocked, our vendors are happy, and our team has what they need to get the job done.Key Responsibilities:Order Management: Place and track orders for materials, supplies, and equipment (you're the supply whisperer!).Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices and contracts like the pro you ventory Control: Keep an eye on inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to make sure everything is in its place.Label Management: Take charge of printing and managing inventory labels for tracking goods like a labeling ninja.Pickup Coordination: Coordinate daily pickup schedules with the Traffic department, making sure everything stays on track.Data Analysis: Dive into purchasing data to create reports that help us keep pliance: Ensure all activities align with company policies and munication: Keep everyone in the loop by collaborating with stakeholders on purchasing needs.Problem Resolution: Resolve any delivery, quality, and payment issues with a cool head.Documentation: Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft petencies: Analytical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, customer focus, and adaptability.Why Join Us?We're on the hunt for someone who's not only skilled but also a joy to work with!
