Copyeditor

Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a Copyeditor to join their team at a part time capacity, approximately 24 hours a week, onsite in NYC. This is a temporary slated until the end of January 2025.Job Duties Include:Ensure content adheres to established style and brand guidelinesProvide proofreading support for various channels, including email, TV commercials, social media, etc.Maintain awareness of media trends and best practices in content creationUpdate and maintain style guides as neededManage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlinesAd hoc duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:5+ years of experience as a Copy Editor or in a similar editorial roleFamiliarity with localization for UK and AU audiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated leadership abilities and excellent time managementProficiency in desktop publishing software and Microsoft OfficeA bachelor's degree in journalism or English is preferredSalary: $50 - $52.50hr*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
