Implementation Manager

As they anticipate exciting growth in the coming months, they are looking to expand their implementation team to support their clients effectively. Our client is seeking enthusiastic Implementation Managers who are passionate about helping customers succeed. In this role, you will support clients in learning and maximizing the value of their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), following a structured process that requires minimal customization in a temp-to-hire capacity. Implementation Manager Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions to familiarize customers with the software and its featuresServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and assistanceCollaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the onboarding processAssist in preparing and presenting demos and training materials for new clientsMaintain organized documentation of customer interactions and training sessionsContribute to team meetings and share insights to improve processes and customer satisfactionUphold a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the implementation team Implementation Manager Requirements:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approachPrevious experience in project management, B2B customer-facing roles or SaaS environments preferredAbility to quickly learn software and train others, with strong presentation skillsExperience working cross-departmentally is a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce or Gainsight is a desirable bonusTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and support colleagues If you are excited about making a positive impact and helping organizations thrive through effective software solutions, we encourage you to apply for this position.
