ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC-Member FINRA, NFA, FIA and SIPC.Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for a four-person attorney team, which includes the General CounselAssist the Legal Department team with organizing and managing the Legal network drives, email inbox and the contract management toolAssist Legal Department team with updating the Legal Department (and other firm) policies and proceduresResponsible for filing copies of contracts, agreements and other related legal documentsAssist the LegalDepartment with various matters including regulatory submissionsResponsible for working with the Legal and Compliance Departments on the monitoring and tracking of various regulatory inquiries, audits, enforcement matters and subpoenasReconcile and submit expense reports through Concur for the Legal DepartmentOrganize travelarrangements for the Legal Department using ConcurMaintain the corporate minute book for the Board of ManagersMaintain and update the Signature and Competences ListPerform email searches using Global RelayMonitoring of updates to global policies and proceduresMonitoring updating of local Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for the various departmentsRequirements5 + years of experience supporting a team of 3+ attorneys and executive team membersAssociates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferredPossess a strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Litera Compare, DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat,Familiarity with contract management systems (Legsiway, DocuSign, Litera Compare)Global Relay, and Concur (or similar products)Versatile, team player mentality with a willingness to pitch in on short noticeStrong oral and written communication skillsWell-organized, reliable and resourcefulDesire to work cross-functionally and constantly learn new aspects of the position and the businessAbility to work onsite in the Chicago office a min of 3 days per weekPreferred Skills:Paralegal certificationExperience in financial servicesPerks and Benefits:As a global leader in financial services, we rely on our employees to deliver their best work for our clients.
