The Mortgage Product Research Officer collaborates on product development, market research, and strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead product development and market research initiatives.Perform ROI calculations, qualitative and quantitative research, and present findings to senior management.Manage CRM system (Oracle CX), driving process improvements and maximizing functionality.Develop research narratives, surveys, and insights to support strategic business decisions and product launches.Collaborate on initiatives such as ESG and FinTech to align with the business plan.Qualifications:15 years of marketing and research experience, with 7-10 years in strategy, business development, and market research.Proficiency in ROI calculations, CRM administration, and strategic market analysis.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related fields (Master's preferred).
