The right candidate must be sales focused, creative, analytical, accountable, and capable of directing and executing the successful development of sales proposals that differentiate ComPsych in the marketplace.Primary Responsibilities Manage a high quality team of proposal writers throughout the entire sales proposal processLead brainstorming sessions to evaluate opportunities, analyze customer requirements and develop "win" themes, strategies and differentiatorsProactively develop, streamline, maintain and execute a formal proposal planning and quality review processDirect the utilization of the Confluence content database software to ensure efficiency and best in class contentCoordinate proposal team assignments, priorities, and objectives leading to consistent, outstanding qualityFacilitate and manage relationships between writers, subject mater experts and sales executives to ensure the timely development of new and revised contentDevelop and incorporate competitive intelligence to enhance win ratios and meet business objectivesProactively advance the proposal knowledge management process and constantly improve the language database and proposal libraryDevelop new approaches to RFP fulfillment using the latest technologyJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldDemonstrated experience managing a proposal team with a high success rate Strong project management skills and a proven track recordSuccess creating compelling marketing messages in proposals and presentations that consistently communicate a unique value proposition in response to customers' needs Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; strong attention to detailAbility to be self-directed with a strong service orientation and collaborative work style Experience with RFP Database software such as ConfluenceExperience working in RFPprocurement platforms such as Ariba, RFP360, ProposalTech, Coupa, and similarExpertise with standard business technologies such as the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Familiarity with RFPproposal solutions as well as editing and writing technologiesExperience in health care or employee benefits preferred Stable work history requiredBenefits and PerksFull benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much moreCompetitive pay with annual increasesEEOComPsych celebrates diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
