Private Funds Practice Attorneys - New YorkOur client is a major international firm, seeking practice attorneys [off-track] for its global Private Investment Funds group in New York. The salary for this position is between $150k-$250 [which may vary depending on experience], with 30-35 hoursweek. Qualifications:Ideally 4+ years of fund experience on sponsor or LP side [subscription agreement completion for investment LP reviews into funds and GP side fund formations].Experience with entity dissolutions and cancellations, and SPV formations aggregator formations.Handled interest reallocation work and transfers to estate planning vehicles (exhibits, etc.).Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team focused.Additional Info.:The practice advises leading alternative investment managers and institutional investors, with a particular emphasis on fund formation, portfolio investments, secondary transactions, regulatory, compliance and operational matters.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
