ConsilioLOD is seeking Litigation Appeals Attorneys across legal practice areas for a remote, full-time contract opening with our client, a state-based healthcare program vital to over a million Tennesseans.Candidate Background:Law firm, government, or in-house attorney with litigation appeals experienceJob Details:Start date: ASAPDuration: Through the end of 2024, with potential to become a permanent salaried roleHours: Full-time (37.5 hrs per week)Setup: Fully remote (candidates will be required to pick up their work computers in Nashville, but will be compensated for up to 4 hours of travel)Pay Rate: $45 hourRequired Experience:Experience with varying types of commercial litigation cases andor e-discoveryExperience with discovery, motions, depositions, legal research and more in relation to commercial litigation andor legal document reviewAbility to provide 24-hour receipt acknowledgement of any emailsrequestsAbility to performcomplete assignments within 1-2 business daysCandidate Requirements:Barred in Tennessee - REQUIREDResidence in Tennessee STRONGLY PREFERRED2+ years of experience as an attorney in-house or at a law firmAbility to work independently and desire to work on a contract basisComfortable with technologyReference check and HQ application required prior to submission to any assignment.
