Position SummaryThe Client Services Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and execution of all client service aspects of DSI's projects, new and existing. To ensure that the final product meets the strategic objectives of the client and is in keeping with DSI standards of excellence. Project Oversight Oversee the management and delivery of projects, ensuring consistently high standards throughoutBuilds and manages the overall client relationship and ensures regular client updates, oversees and drives revenue projections and reports to leadership, works closely with the finance team to ensure invoices are executed and paid on time, and contracts all client businessLeads and oversees the clients' business, so we're better positioned to meet (or anticipate) their needsInterrogates, clarifies and interprets client briefs, so that everyone at DSI is aligned on what we need to deliverRetain ultimate responsibility for delivering for the clientWorks with the project team and ensures they are clear at every stage of the project ternal Team Management Oversees project teams, overseeing the quality and timeliness of their work and to ensure their time spent within scopeCommunicates actively with production, creative and design, technical and production departments as well as clientsLead internal process requirements for project delivery, including managing project foldersWorks with creative and design team to ensure the overall look and feel and creative vision is achieved throughout the projectPlays a key role onsite and is seen as the go to for all client needs.New BusinessWork with strategy and creative teams to develop RFP responses and new business pitches, as neededParticipate in new business meetings with potential clients, as neededContracting all new clients and their onboardingWork with marketing manager, where applicable to better promote the businessOverall Contribute to the implementation of agreed health and safety standards on projectsFully understand and implements greater Agency ProcessContribute to growing a healthy company culture and always looking to improve our communication and processesConsider and actively pursue sustainability practices within our projects as best we canExperience and Qualifications10+ years of client services in large-scale eventsDemonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while successfully prioritizing the most important detailsExcellent in planning and project managementExperience in selling and contracting clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to accurate documentation and great attention to detail High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsPersonal initiative and independence in achieving outcomesAbility to work effectively within a team environment Willingness to accept wide range of responsibilitiesWilling to travel for all assigned projectsAbility to communicate and negotiate in a professional and confident manner with clients Who We AreDavid Stark Design and Production (is an event design and experiential marketing agency who guides our partners - from philanthropic leaders to corporate innovators to outstanding individuals - on a collaborative journey that ends with indelible, one-of-a-kind experiences.Our team is comprised of storytellers, idea generators, over-achievers, and passionate perfectionists, who collectively speak a shared language of innovation and artistic excellence in service of our clients.
