Williams Mullen is seeking an ambitious Intellectual Property Litigation attorney with at least 3 years' experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property team in our Raleigh, NC or Richmond Virginia offices. Job Requirements:Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience with patent, trademark or other IP litigation, including experience with and aptitude for handling all stages of litigation including discovery, depositions, and hearings Experience with patent validity challenges before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board andor trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board are highly desired. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a team to enforce and defend various IP rights. A technical background is preferableMust be a good writer, strategic thinker, meticulous with details, be able to work under pressure and work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.Candidates must be currently licensed in North Carolina or Virginia or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in North Carolina or Virginia for comity, or otherwise be eligible to waive in.
