Job DescriptionConduct market research, industry analysis, and due diligence to assess strategic hires and acquisition targetsDevelop and maintain financial models to analyze investment returns, cash flows, and performance metricsAssist in structuring deals and preparing investment memorandums for investment committee presentationsMonitor and track the performance of strategic hires and acquired companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth and operational improvementsCollaborate across business units to help support the development of critical business strategies and use analytical and financial modeling to translate conceptual ideas into operational realities, business plans and budgetWork with cross functional internal teams to manage acquisition due diligence, including the evaluation of all financial and operational aspectsQualificationsOne to two years relevant experience, Big 4 transaction deal advisory and consulting is a plusUndergraduate degree; focus in finance, business, accounting, economics, mathematics is preferredCFA in progress is a plusKnowledge of accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businessesExceptional Microsoft Office suite and financial reporting skillsResults driven, and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlinesTeam player mentality, and ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clientsStrong work ethic and detail orientationStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively convey ideas. Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
